THIS IS NOT SPRING STEEL, ITS NOT THE ORIGINAL PART ITS AN UPRATED PART WE HAVE MADE SPECIFICALLY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF THEM RUSTING OUT

The Heater plates Hang from these plates to allow a little flex as the heater plate comes in to weld to avoid and hard hits with the profile

Usually they rust out and then the heater plate falls off

Not an original part, specifically made to not rust out but still allow a little flex

103mm x 40mm

These are Slightly thicker and made from stainless steel these are not the original parts, these are made specifically out of stainless so they last longer and do not rust out but still allow some movement

Usually located on Manifolds in the Base of the Machine

Older Valves Tended to be Gold in Colour, Newer Valves are Grey (Same Product)

Faults indicating a valve needs replacing include:

Large Air Leak
Cylinders or some operation of the machine not working as intended
Compressor working extra hard to keep up
Weld Cycle not completing

Valves usually Fail internally with the seals disintegrating and clogging up the silencers, usually there’s a pretty huge air leak but its quite well muffled

New Valves are supplied with New Silencers fitted and New Coils, As some very old valves had a different size stem so not all coils would be interchangeable

Its an easy bolt on change, unscrew old valve clean off manifold to avoid leaving any seals behind, bolt new one on and then swap power plug loosening center screw to remove that

It is Quite common to find more leaks once you fix the loudest leak, there are usually banks of 7 valves in the machine (Depending on size) and they do tend to go at a similar time
